William Desy, CFE
Mr. Desy began his investigative career in 1985, as Process Server and Skip Tracer, locating
defendants and witnesses in Civil and Criminal cases. Over the past twenty-five years, Mr. Desy has graduated through the
ranks from Store Detective to Corporate Loss Prevention Trainer, Private Investigator, Investigations Field Manager, Regional
Loss Prevention Manager, and Director level Loss Prevention Consultant. Mr. Desy has conducted thousands of hours of covert
surveillance as well as complex Fraud Investigations.
With his extensive Investigative background, Mr. Desy was recruited by a National Private Investigations
firm and promoted to Southern California Field Manager. Mr. Desy has conducted Insurance Fraud Investigations throughout Southern
California and Arizona. He has successfully performed thousands of hours of mobile and static surveillance and was responsible
for the training and development of a field staff of fifteen Investigators.
As a State Licensed Private Investigator,
Mr. Desy was retained by a National Management Firm as the West Coast Regional Loss Prevention Manager, where he developed
and implemented effective Loss Prevention Strategies. Mr. Desy was responsible for the detection, investigation,
and resolution of internal and external theft for the entire Western Region.

Specialist), and current CFE, (Certified Fraud Examiner), Investigative Consultant, and State Licensed Private Investigator,
